The general conditions of sale are applicable to all purchases made from ANTS Gallery (BE0741.423.458).
1. DELIVERY COSTS
1.1. Purchase offers must be made by email to info@ants-gallery.com specifying the article reference (title and category).
1.2. The prices mentioned on the site do not include delivery. Delivery is accounted separately from the purchase of the product. We offer professional and quick delivery service with quality packaging and trusted international carriers to deliver your purchased items safely. For any quote or withdrawal on site, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@ants-gallery.com. A detailed quote will be transferred to the customer before finalizing a purchase.
2. REFUND
2.1. No refund will be made for the following reasons:
an item is recognized as defective at the time of purchase (See article 2.2)
if labels, manufacturer’s marks or any other element identifying or adding provenance to an article have been removed
an item has been damaged while trying to restore it after receipt
you no longer want an item
2.2. The objects sold on this site are antiques. They therefore naturally have a patina or signs of wear due to their age, which do not constitute a condition for reimbursement. The photos on the site are part of the description. In case of doubt, the customer can request additional photos by email.
3. CANCELLATION
3.1. Customers who purchase from us via online or telephone orders have the right to cancel an order even if the goods are not defective within 14 days of the invoice date (whether or not payment has been made)
3.2. We will refund purchases if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the purchase that you want to cancel. You will have another 14 days to return the purchase to us, at your expense. After this period, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
3.3. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item if it is not defective.
3.4. If the purchased item is defective (for example in the event of damage in transit), we will reimburse all costs involved provided the buyer proves the problematic condition of the package upon receipt (supporting photos).
3.4. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods in the condition in which they were purchased.
3.5. The refund issued will be the cost of the item only and does not include the cost of packing / shipping to ship the item to you.
3.6. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
